What material do you use for your custom patches?
We use high-quality twill fabric and durable polyester embroidery threads for all of our patches. They are made to last through everyday wear and multiple washes without fading or fraying.
Some cheaper patches on the market may use thin fabric or low-quality thread that can lose color or unravel after a short time. When choosing where to order, always check the materials. For the best quality and longevity, stick with premium twill and polyester thread.
Can I order just one custom patch?
Yes! We don’t require a minimum order, so you can get a single patch made just for you. Whether you order one or a hundred, the quality and care will always be the same.
If you don’t see the exact size or quantity you want, we’d be happy to create a custom order. Simply send us your design and details, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Do you make business and logo patches?
Yes! Business patches and custom logo patches are some of our most popular requests. We also create name patches, product patches, and team patches for many of our customers.

Should I order embroidered patches or printed patches?
It depends on your needs. Embroidered patches are more durable, textured, and give a premium look. They’re perfect for uniforms, jackets, hats, bags, and anything you want to last for years.
Printed patches (sublimation or heat transfer) are smoother and allow for very detailed or photo-like designs, but they’re generally less durable than embroidery. They are better suited for indoor use, fashion pieces, or designs with complex gradients.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our professional designers check every file to make sure your patch looks perfect. If needed, we’ll automatically adjust or enhance your design so it’s embroidery-ready.
We also provide full custom design services upon request (for a small fee). Just share your idea or sketch with us, and our team will create a custom design and quote for you.
